Growing up as a competitive swimmer, I lived and breathed health, feeling unstoppable as I charged through the pool nine times a week. But life has a way of throwing curveballs. My first “rock bottom” day hit during university, amidst my parents’ difficult divorce. I quit swimming, abandoned exercise, and turned to binge drinking, junk food, and even social smoking. The confident, active girl I once was felt like a distant memory.

In 2006, I hit reset. I set simple goals: eat better, move more, and focus on small, consistent changes. By 2007, I’d done something unimaginable - I completed the London Marathon. That finish line didn’t just mark a race; it symbolized reclaiming my health and redefining my habits.
But life didn’t stay simple. In my 30s, juggling a career, family, and endless commitments, I found myself slipping into unhealthy patterns again—burnout, bad eating habits, and neglecting my own wellness. One day, climbing four flights of stairs left me breathless and on the verge of collapse. That wake-up call reminded me of a hard truth: burnout and poor health always catch up with you.

Fast forward to today. I’ve rebuilt my health and created Vital Fit Pro to help others avoid the same pitfalls. Wellness shouldn’t feel overwhelming or complicated.
